Returns & Refunds

Thank you for supporting my art! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review the following refund policy:  

Original Artwork & Commissions
- All sales of original paintings and commissioned artwork are final and non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of these pieces, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds.  
- If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and I will work with you to find a solution.  

- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.  

Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact me, and I will assist you in tracking it. Refunds for lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
