Shipping Policy 

Thank you for your purchase! I take great care in creating and packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely and promptly. Please review the details of my shipping policy below. 

Processing Time: 

  • All orders are processed within 4 weeks of ordering. This includes time to carefully package the artwork and prepare it for shipping. 

  • Custom or commissioned pieces may take longer to process. If this is the case, I will notify you of the estimated delivery date prior to finalizing your order. Please get in contact via the contact page.  

Shipping Methods/Costs: 

  • All original artwork orders will be shipped within 4 weeks of the order date. If you urgently need your work, please contact Alli directly through the contact page prior to ordering so i can work with you to get your order as quickly as possible. 

  • Delivery is available to Wagga and surrounding areas.  

  • All artworks, including framed originals and prints are all shipped free of charge within Australia ONLY.  For international shipping please contact Alli directly through the contact page or email alligeers.art@outlook.com 

 Packaging: 

  • Each artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Larger pieces may be rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes, while smaller works will be packed flat in reinforced boxes. 

  • If your item is a framed piece, I take extra care to protect the frame during transit.
